Our corporate office is located in Noida, one of the prime areas of NCR, the ideal place for corporate operations. The facilities, ambiance and conditions make it eminently suitable for optimized work environment.

Intarvo corporate office occupies complete floor of about 1,25,000 sqft., accommodating about 4000+ staff exclusively for overseeing the All-India operations of 400+ branches presently & very soon expanding globally. Currently branches are in APAC Countries: Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Singapore & in USA.

Our fully equipped and manned with skilled workers RNR centers are located in Noida (1)& Bangalore(2) with104 service centers well equipped with latest technology and skilled technical staff and engineers.

IT Facilities

Our IT facility in inTarvo comprise of High end Servers, Datacenter & Large Data Management and Voice/ Telecommunication setup. We are Microsoft Gold certified partner and also a Microsoft enterprise agreement member.

The internal IT comprises of experienced people taken from different verticals like Telecom, Microsoft and Network. The call logging and query handling for inTarvo offices is an online based application with an automatically generated ticket which is closed according to the SLA's and the TAT defined.

Servers

We have High end quad core for CPU processor based servers with make of hp,ibm.

Network

We have a strong network with high end layer 3 switches combined with best in class fortinet based, high end firewalls, CISCO routers (2800 series) and Gigabit based internal network.

Datacenter

We have our own datacenter that is well quipped to manage large data and has the capacity to take care of all the data. Our e-mail server and our websites are both hosted out of this datacenter. Our servers are ISMS based secured.

All our clients and our internal users are served through these datacenters. We have a High capacity brandwidth to the tune of 30MB, serving most of our major clients across the world.

Voice

We have the latest AVAYA based telecommunication setup having AVAYA 8800 series servers catering to our world class call centers operating out of our Noida Ph-II office.

HRDA Facilities

HR Direct Access is a query/ grievance resolution mechanism for employees of inTarvo. HRDA enables employees to raise their concerns for adequate redressal in just three clicks- open HRDA, Provide grievance details and Submit. It also provides a ticket based online system with facility for routing employees request to their right owner within HR, who reverts on the concerns with an answer or solution. Facilities like checking & applying of leaves, Salry slip, Application status and many more such features are available for the employees online by simple login & password.
